UBC Parking Services offers Faculty/Staff parking access
packages
that are valid in six parkades and in numerous Faculty & Staff surface lot locations throughout campus.
You may load up your FlexPass with access packages whenever you
choose and manage your account on-line, all without ever having
to line up in an office again!
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Upon purchasing a Student FlexPass, the holder agrees to
comply with
UBC TRAFFIC AND PARKING RULES & the permit holder

FlexPass PLACEMENT
- Display your FlexPass so that the number is clearly visible and can be easily read from the outside of your vehicle.
- Affix the FlexPass to your windshield by placing it on the inside lower left-hand corner of your windshield (approximately 3 inches above your vehicle's dashboard and 1 inch from the windshield frame) by applying pressure to the suction cup.

FlexPass
- Enter and exit the parkade by approaching the antenna slowly with the
FlexPass affixed to your vehicle's windshield. Come to a complete stop when the driver is parallel to the antenna. Your
FlexPass will activate the gate to open within 7 seconds.
- The parkade gate will not open if the antenna is unable to read your
FlexPass. Failure for the gate to open may be the result of any of the following reasons:
- You may not have come to a complete stop;
- Your FlexPass may require re-positioning
- You may not be lined up properly with the antenna; or
- Your package may have expired.

If you need help using your FlexPass please consult the
parkade attendant on duty or contact our office.
Payroll Deduction Plan
The payroll deduction plan has been devised to assist full-time faculty and staff in amortizing the cost of an
annual parking access package with monthly payments.
Deductions are made at the end of each month to coordinate with
end-of-month payroll. Please note that canceling or refunding an
access package prior to the end of its term is subject to a
cancellation fee.
Please contact the Parking Office at 604.822.6786 to discuss
your eligibility and options with the payroll plan.
Please notify Parking Services of any inconsistent monthly parking deductions and/or changes in name and/or status, as this will affect the your payroll deduction.

Picking up a
FlexPass
If you purchased a FlexPass on-line you may pick it up at our
office. To pick up the FlexPass please bring your UBCcard and
Driver's License.

Managing your account
Managing your account is easy! You may create a user profile
an update your personal information, including vehicles, anytime
you want!
You will be able to view your account history, personal
information, outstanding citations, and more, all in one
convenient location!
Weekly, Monthly, Term Packages and FlexDays are non-refundable. All other packages are
refundable; if you refund a package before using it you will
receive a full refund. an administration fee will be
applied. Please contact the Parking Office for more information.
PERMIT RETURN
Please return your FlexPass when you no longer require
parking on campus.
Your FlexPass remains your access to parking on UBC campus
for as long as you need it, whether that be 1 month or 4 years!
You may return your FlexPass at any parkade or at our office.
