Faculty Pay Deductions

Regular, full-time faculty and staff members may elect to pay for their annual parking access package through monthly payroll deductions. This payroll deduction plan is available to help faculty and staff amortize the cost of an annual permit with monthly payments.

PERIOD:

Payroll deduction plans are available for the term, 1 year and ongoing, long-term parking access packages. Each package is valid for a defined amount of time - please select the best one that suits your schedule.

Please note that canceling an access package prior to the end of its payroll deduction period is subject to a cancellation fee of an extra monthly deduction.

CANCEL:

If you elect to cancel the your parking access package, you are required to complete a Payroll Deduction Plan Cancellation Form. Deductions will cease once we receive and process the cancellation form.

Please notify Parking & Access Control Services of any changes in your name or status, as this will affect your payroll deduction.

Payroll deductions will continue regardless of use or your status. If the package is not cancelled due to a prolonged absence from work, deductions will continue to accrue and will be deducted from your first paycheck upon your return to work.
